Recommended Dose
Shake the bottle: Vigorously shake the bottle for approximately 30 seconds to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Measure the dose: Using the provided pipette, measure 0.8ml as indicated on the product label or advised by a healthcare professional.
Apply sublingually: Place the liquid directly under the tongue for optimal absorption.
Hold and swallow: Keep the liquid under the tongue for 60–90 seconds before swallowing to allow absorption through the oral mucous membranes.
