Pregna-Plan includes all the nutrients you need for a healthy pregnancy journey. It features beta carotene, which can be converted to vitamin A as required (vitamin A is generally not recommended to supplement directly in pregnancy).
It also includes bio-effective ‘bisglycinate’ forms of magnesium, zinc and iron, which are very well-absorbed and used by the body and includes the active forms of folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12.
