Vitamin D 2000 DUO provides 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3 per capsule. The vitamin sits in a NutriGellets® fish gelatine capsule with 25 mg of native organic linseed oil and 0.8 mg of lutein. One capsule is the daily dose, and the tub holds a two-month supply.
