Buffered vitamin C, 500 mg per capsule, with quercetin, grape seed and citrus extracts
Vitamin C buffered 500 provides 500 mg of vitamin C per capsule as Ester-C®, a buffered calcium ascorbate that contains L-threonate. Each capsule also holds 25 mg of citrus bioflavonoids (15 mg of hesperidin), 13 mg of Quercefit® quercetin phospholipid and 13 mg of exGrape® SEED grape seed extract. One capsule is the daily dose, so the tub holds a three-month supply.
