Spermidine Superior provides 2.5 mg of spermidine per daily dose of two capsules, from 1,250 mg of standardised soybean extract. Spermidine occurs in many foods, soybeans among them. The tub holds a one-month supply.

Contains spermidine from soybean extract: each daily dose (2 capsules) provides 2.5 mg of spermidine from 1,250 mg of soybean extract. Do not take more than 2 capsules per day.
