Ten bacterial strains with 10 billion CFU, plant fibres, phytoceramides, zinc and copper
Skin Biotic+ contains ten strains of lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and Streptococcus thermophilus, with 10 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per daily dose of two capsules. The same dose provides 300 mg of fibres from resistant dextrin, waxy maize starch, acacia (Fibregum™) and citrus pectin, 30 mg of phytoceramides from wheat seed extract (CERAMOSIDES™), 2.5 mg of zinc and 0.5 mg of copper. The jar holds a one-month supply.

Recommended Dose
Take 2 capsules daily, about 30 minutes before a meal, with plenty of liquid.

Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria powder*, oligo- and polysaccharides (resistant dextrin, waxy maize starch, acacia fibre, citrus pectin), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agent: gellan gum), WHEAT seed extract**, bulking agent: powdered cellulose; zinc bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate.
*With a total of 10 billion CFU (colony-forming units) per daily dose of the strains Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. casei, L. paracasei, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, B. lactis, B. longum, B. breve and Streptococcus thermophilus.
