Potassium and magnesium citrate with 2000 mg of L-glutamine per stick
Potassium Magnesium Sport is a drink powder made from magnesium potassium citrate, L-glutamine and citric acid. Each 6 g stick provides 1000 mg of potassium, 153 mg of magnesium and 2000 mg of L-glutamine. You dissolve one stick in about 250 to 300 ml of water and drink it with a meal. The box holds 30 sticks, a one-month supply, and the product appears on the Cologne List®.

Recommended Dose
