Omni Lactis® Metabolic Enterococcus combines Enterococcus faecium SF68 with five strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, giving 5 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per capsule. Each capsule also provides 50 µg of biotin. One capsule is the daily dose, so the tub holds a three-month supply.

Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule daily, about 30 minutes before a meal, with plenty of liquid. If you take oral antibiotics, take them 2 to 3 hours apart from this product.

Bacterial powder*, bulking agent: powdered cellulose; capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, gelling agent: gellan), D-biotin.
*With a total of 5 billion CFU (colony-forming units) per daily dose of the following 6 strains: Lactobacillus plantarum (IMC 510), Enterococcus faecium (SF68/LMG P-21906), Lactobacillus gasseri (SP33), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LR110), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA120), Bifidobacterium animalis lactis (BI041).
