Ten bacterial strains with 20 billion CFU per daily dose, without inulin
Omni Lactis® 20 PUR contains the same ten NordBiotic™ strains of lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and Streptococcus thermophilus as Omni Lactis® 20, with 20 billion colony-forming units (CFU) in the daily dose of two capsules, but without inulin. The capsule shell is DRcaps®, a delayed-release capsule, and the tub holds a one-month supply.

Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule twice a day, about 30 minutes before a meal, with plenty of liquid. If you take oral antibiotics, take them 2 to 3 hours apart from this product.
Ingredients
Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria powder*, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, gelling agent: gellan gum), bulking agent: powdered cellulose.
*With a total of 20 billion CFU (colony-forming units) per daily dose of the strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LR110 NordBiotic™), Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (BI040 NordBiotic™), Bifidobacterium breve (BB010 NordBiotic™), Lactobacillus paracasei (LPC100 NordBiotic™), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA120 NordBiotic™), Lactobacillus casei (LC130 NordBiotic™), Lactobacillus plantarum (LP140 NordBiotic™), Streptococcus thermophilus (ST250 NordBiotic™), Bifidobacterium longum (BL020 NordBiotic™), Bifidobacterium bifidum (BF030 NordBiotic™).
