Griffonia simplicifolia extract with 5-HTP, L-phenylalanine and B vitamins
Griffonia Mood Serolution combines Griffonia simplicifolia extract with L-phenylalanine, phosphatidylcholine and eight B vitamins. A daily dose of two capsules provides 333.4 mg of Griffonia simplicifolia extract containing 100 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), 100 mg of L-phenylalanine, 40 mg of phosphatidylcholine from rapeseed lecithin, 36 mg of niacin (225% NRV) and 4.2 mg of vitamin B6 (300% NRV). The tub holds a one-month supply.

Contains 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) from Griffonia simplicifolia extract: each daily dose (2 capsules) provides 100 mg of 5-HTP. Do not take more than 2 capsules per day.
Do not take this product if you are taking antidepressants (including SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs and tricyclic antidepressants), unless your doctor has advised you to. Combining 5-HTP with these medicines may cause serotonin syndrome, which can be serious.
Do not take this product with other medicines or supplements that affect serotonin, such as triptans for migraine, tramadol, lithium, St John's wort, or other products containing 5-HTP or L-tryptophan, unless your doctor has advised you to.
If you are taking any other medication, or are under medical care for a mental health condition, consult your doctor before taking this product.
Stop taking this product and seek medical advice straight away if you experience agitation, confusion, a fast heartbeat, heavy sweating, muscle twitching or stiffness, or a high temperature.
For adults only. Not to be taken by children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
Do not consume during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contains L-phenylalanine: not suitable for people with phenylketonuria (PKU).
Stop taking this product at least two weeks before planned surgery, and tell your doctor that you take it.
