Five digestive enzymes of non-animal origin, with sodium bicarbonate
DigestioCym® vegan combines five enzymes of non-animal origin: alpha-amylase, neutral protease, lactase, cellulase and lipase. Each capsule holds 200 mg of the enzyme mixture and 210 mg of sodium bicarbonate. You take one capsule right before each of three meals a day, and the tub holds a one-month supply. The current UK pack carries the name Digestive Enzymes Formula Vegan.

Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, right before a meal, with plenty of liquid.
