Turmeric extract with curcuminoids and piperine from black pepper
Curcuma 500 contains Curcumin C3 Complex®, a turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract, with BioPerine® piperine from black pepper. One capsule is taken every other day, which equals a daily intake of 264 mg of turmeric extract with 250 mg of curcuminoids and 2.5 mg of piperine. The tub holds 60 capsules.

Recommended Dose
