Cal/Mag Butyrate provides butyric acid, a short-chain fatty acid, bound to calcium and magnesium. Two capsules provide 1,200 mg of butyric acid with 160 mg of calcium (20% NRV) and 80 mg of magnesium (21% NRV). The calcium and magnesium buffer the natural pH of the butyric acid, so this form has no added sodium. The pack holds 100 capsules, a 50-day supply at two capsules a day.
