Vitamin C liposomal 500 is a liquid in which vitamin C, as sodium L-ascorbate, sits inside liposomes made from sunflower lecithin. The daily dose of 4 ml, taken as three servings of nine pumps on a spoon, provides 500 mg of vitamin C. Orange oil gives the liquid its flavour, and the 100 ml bottle lasts 25 days.

Recommended Dose
