Performance is a fruity drink powder with 34 ingredients. Each 18 g sachet provides 3000 mg of creatine, 4000 mg of branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine in a 2:1:1 ratio), 750 mg of L-carnitine, 400 mg of ATP (PEAK ATP®), 60 mg of KANEKA Ubiquinol™ and 250 mg of ashwagandha root extract. It also gives 1000 mg of potassium, 150 mg of magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D3, the B vitamins and trace elements. The powder is sweetened with sucralose. You stir one sachet into 250 to 300 ml of cold water a day. The box holds 30 sachets.

Recommended Dose
Once a day, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 250 to 300 ml of cold water and drink straight away.

The product is designed for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Contains ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract: do not take more than 1 sachet per day.
For adults only. Not to be taken by children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
Do not consume during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or when trying to conceive.
Not suitable for people with a thyroid condition, liver disease or an autoimmune condition.
If you take any medication, in particular for thyroid conditions, diabetes or blood sugar control, blood pressure, anxiety, sleep or epilepsy, or immunosuppressants, consult your doctor before taking this product.
Stop taking this product and consult a doctor if you develop signs of liver problems, such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, abdominal pain or unusual tiredness.
Stop taking this product at least two weeks before planned surgery.
May cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
Do not take at the same time as other products containing ashwagandha.
Patients taking anticoagulants should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K supplements.
