The ONE Starter Bundle contains two boxes of 15 sticks of Biogena ONE, a 30-day supply, and the 0.4 litre Signature Water Bottle (Tritan, dishwasher safe). Biogena ONE is a drink powder with an apple and kiwi flavour, made from 99 ingredients. Each 12.8 g stick provides 320 mg of vitamin C, 25 µg of vitamin D3, the B vitamins, vitamins A, E and K2, zinc, selenium, manganese and other minerals, with 5 billion colony-forming units (CFU) from ten bacterial strains. Fruit, vegetable and greens powders, 300 mg of spirulina, 100 mg of chlorella, 50 mg of Austrian wasabi leaf powder, 30 mg of KANEKA Ubiquinol™, mushroom powders and plant extracts complete the formula, which is sweetened with sucralose. You stir one stick into 250 to 300 ml of cold water a day.

Recommended Dose
Dissolve the contents of 1 stick in 250 to 300 ml of cold water once a day. Shake in a bottle and drink straight away.

This product should not be consumed by infants, children or adolescents under the age of 14, nor should it be taken on the same day as other dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters.
Products containing trans-resveratrol should only be consumed under medical supervision when taken alongside medication.
Patients taking anticoagulants should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K supplements.
