Biogena | Omni Lactis® 20
Ten bacterial strains with 20 billion CFU per daily dose, plus chicory inulin
Omni Lactis® 20 contains ten NordBiotic™ strains of lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and Streptococcus thermophilus, with 20 billion colony-forming units (CFU) in the daily dose of two capsules. Each daily dose also provides 340 mg of inulin from chicory root (Fibruline®). The capsule shell is DRcaps®, a delayed-release capsule, and the tub holds a one-month supply.

Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule twice a day, about 30 minutes before a meal, with plenty of liquid. If you take oral antibiotics, take them 2 to 3 hours apart from this product.

Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria powder*, inulin (from chicory root), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, gelling agent: gellan gum).
*With a total of 20 billion CFU (colony-forming units) per daily dose of the NORDBIOTIC™ strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LR110), Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (BI040), Bifidobacterium breve (BB010), Lactobacillus paracasei (LPC100), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA120), Lactobacillus casei (LC130), Lactobacillus plantarum (LP140), Streptococcus thermophilus (ST250), Bifidobacterium longum (BL020), Bifidobacterium bifidum (BF030).
