Omega 3 Forte Superior Formula contains Goldenomega® fish oil concentrate made from anchovies caught off Peru and Chile, with EPA and DHA in triglyceride form. Each capsule provides 400 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA. The daily dose of two capsules gives 800 mg of EPA, 600 mg of DHA and 20 mg of vitamin E, and the tub holds a 45-day supply.
