MultiSpectrum 24/7 Formula provides 12 vitamins and 10 minerals in a daily dose of two capsules, including 120 mg of vitamin C, 25 µg of vitamin D3, 150 mg of magnesium and 7 mg of iron. Coral powder supplies calcium and magnesium, and the formula adds 10 mg of ubiquinol, blueberry extract, beta-carotene, lutein and lycopene. The tub holds a one-month supply.
