Magnesium from seven magnesium compounds with activated vitamin B6
Magnesium Sport combines seven forms of magnesium: taurate, hydroxide, bisglycinate, malate, succinate, glycerophosphate and oxide. The daily dose of two capsules provides 300 mg of magnesium and 2.8 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, the activated form. You take the capsules between meals. The tub holds a two-month supply.
