Vitamins C, A and D3 with zinc, selenium, plant extracts and mushroom powders
Immunity provides 500 mg of vitamin C, 400 µg of vitamin A, 50 µg of vitamin D3, 5 mg of zinc and 27.5 µg of selenium in a daily dose of three capsules. The dose also contains 250 mg of black garlic extract, 52 mg of turmeric extract with piperine, 50 mg each of echinacea root extract and quercetin, 30 mg of elderberry extract, plus reishi (250 mg), cordyceps (140 mg) and shiitake (100 mg) powders. The product appears on the Cologne List®.

Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule three times a day with a meal and plenty of liquid.

Calcium-L-ascorbate, acerola fruit juice powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule shell), reishi powder, black garlic extract (contains SULPHITES), cordyceps powder, quercetin-phospholipid (quercetin, sunflower lecithin, maltodextrin), shiitake powder, turmeric extract, echinacea root extract, elderberry extract, zinc picolinate, cholecalciferol (from algae), ß-carotene, sodium selenite, retinyl acetate, piperine (from black pepper).

Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women as well as children and young people under 18 years.
Contains SULPHITES.
Contains echinacea: not suitable if you have an autoimmune condition or are allergic to plants of the daisy family.
Contains turmeric with piperine. If you take any medication, in particular anticoagulants, consult your doctor before use.
Food supplement: The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded. Not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
