Creapure® creatine monohydrate, 3 g of creatine per stick
Each stick holds 3.4 g of Creapure® creatine monohydrate, which provides 3 g of creatine. Creatine monohydrate is the only ingredient. You stir one stick into 250 to 300 ml of water once a day, ideally right before or after exercise. The box holds 60 sticks, a two-month supply.

Recommended Dose
