BCAA 500 contains the three branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Each capsule provides 500 mg, so the daily dose of four capsules gives 1000 mg of L-leucine, 500 mg of L-isoleucine and 500 mg of L-valine. You can take two capsules twice a day with meals, or four capsules an hour before intensive exercise. The tub holds a one-month supply.
