Twelve amino acids in every capsule, plus taurine
Amino Acid Formula B-MAP® 12 combines eight essential and four conditionally essential amino acids in a ratio based on the Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP), with taurine. The daily dose of four capsules, taken as two capsules twice a day, provides 2320 mg of amino acids and 200 mg of taurine. L-leucine (380 mg) and L-glutamine (340 mg) are the largest amounts. The tub holds a 30-day supply.

Recommended Dose
