Balance Oil is a blend of safflower and flaxseed oils with a 4:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. Two softgels provide 1,400 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 350 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, omega-3). The softgels hold the same oil blend as liquid Balance Oil, in a capsule you swallow with food. The pack contains 60 softgels, a 30-day supply at two a day, and the product is halal certified.
