Share® Pomelozzini® are made from hand-picked, natural pomelo fruit (pomelo, UR citrus).
The whole fruit is first crushed and then fermented for 30 months in the fruit's own juice. For this, we use the same mother ferment as for our popular SHARE® Original plums. After this complex fermentation process, we hand-form small pralines that delight with their fruity-bitter flavor.
The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and albedo (white flesh) of the pomelo and is particularly beneficial to the body.
